​​Sidney Martinez, Jr., is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Top Notch Sports Group, Inc., a boxing management company, which he founded in 2012.

Sidney began his professional boxing career as a boxing writer for examiner.com in 2010, in which he wrote numerous articles on the sport of boxing.

After writing and researching more of the issues within the sport of boxing, Sidney ​​decided to combine his financial background with the sport of boxing by becoming a licensed boxing manager with the New York State Athletic Commission.

Sidney's goal is to maximize the opportunities within the sport of boxing for boxers both professionally and financially. ​​Many fighters do not understand all of the intricacies that make a successful career and Sidney is looking to fill that void in order to take them to the top of the sport.

​Monetarily, Sidney has found it to be evident that many fighters do not come out of the sport of boxing with much to show financially. Therefore, it is important to have a credible manager on a fighter's side to ensure success inside and outside of the ring.
